This course is recommended for individuals who are responsible for managing their facility's CSQ system.

Outline:

• Module 1 - Introduction to CSQ and the Certification Process
• Module 2 - Overview of the Certification Program Requirements
• Module 3 - Overview of the Audit Requirements

Course Requirements:

• Listen to all three recorded modules
• Take the quiz at the end of each module (3 attempts to get 80% or higher)
• Read all the required text and watch all required videos
• Score 80% or higher on the final exam
