Principles of Internal Auditing

This training course will explain the fundamentals of internal auditing for food growers, manufacturers, packagers and distributors. This course is self-paced, but includes timed exercises and a timed assessment at the end. You must receive an 80% or better on the final assessment in order to receive a certificate. The set of timed exercises throughout the course will help you gain practical experience for how an internal audit is performed.
